That Texas law itself is a technicality. No doubt it will be defended using technicalities.

Kevin Rose spewing idiot END That is because the details of Earle the idiots weak case are public and obvious. Earle is under a worse upheld indictment for misconduct. Earle needed, who know how many, grand juries to even get this indictment. Earle a clearly public active partisan democrat has in the past a clear record of proving himself a complete ass by indicting an elected Senator and having the case thrown out. And just this week, Earle is already shown totally half ass by indicting for a crime that was not a crime. And all actions of this imagined crime of Mr. Delay were done while consulting with lawyers. But no one expect idiots to see those obvious details. Especially spewing idiots like Kevin Rose.
