Thanks. You certainly get two different perspectives looking at the latest 10Q (declining operating profit year over year), and the post-bankruptcy projections on the Mirant website. But in any event, your instinct was right to sell the pop on the announcement.

I'm not sure if Mirant's business is going to crap or if that's just what they want us to think. So far I'm betting on the latter <g> and I think the system wants to stack the decks for the debt holders that get converted to equity. But I have no real conviction, just a sense that MIRKQ will be worth $2 in a year. We shall see.

I saw someone was trying to say the 3.8 million in 0.75 cent 12/31/05 warrants was overhanging the TGB price but I'm not sure I buy it (although it is another upcoming dilution but insignificant IMO relative to say a 40 million share offering of stock at 0.85).
