Gad, I'm agreeing with you too much here. I think Roberts will do OK, but Alito does worry me. I tend to be more concerned about environmental law (ESA) than Roe. BTW, I also think ESA is a poor law, but the only real federal teeth for the environment. The problem in the USA is not so much with the courts IMO, as it is with poor legislative quality. We should demand more leadership from the House and Senate, and give the courts a break.
