Mish, why do you post stuff like this? Just because you say so doesn't make it true. Nobody including you knows for certain what will happen in the future.

If you disagree that Deflation hates gold, why don't you write a coherent analytical argument to support your view? Throwing out "point blank you are wrong" is worthless.

In the new FED area, no one knows - this is the better answer.

But as for saying gold hates deflation, EVERYTHING will go down in value. CASH will be king.

I tell you this right now, we are in a BAMBOO REPUBLIC and Greenspan thought he could defeat the winter. It is going to be a storm.

As for gold, I will never sell you my land with water for your gold. Got a gun.
