Perhaps the options program is way too generous.

Projected 07 earnings aren't much to look at. Aprox 15% increase over 06, no big deal. Considering 07 should see in excess of 400M CDMA devices sold.

This year it was R&D expense that held down earnings. Next year it will be option and R&D expenses. So the question is when will earnings pop to the upside and reflect the enormous potential this company has. When do they blow away estimates??

China 3G will help
Winning all legal battles will help even more
Carriers fully committing to UMTS will help even more. UMTS needs to be bought by consumers by default as 1X was, and not as a premium upgrade.

Q could be dead money till the start of FY 07. What a travesty that is with the long awaited 3G migration here and happening.
