by any, even a limited reading of my posts. mr. bill as been my specific ridicule insulting derision reference to the serial sexual preditor rapist who was impeached. It has never been used in reference to any SI member.

"Mr. Bill" refers to one William Jefferson Blyth (later know as Clinton).
