I'm only being realistic here. Being pissed off cause a bunch of idiots made a quick killing in real estate doesn't entitle you to anything on the other side. I don't think it is going to be as easy as you think fighting against the bankrupt federal government and thinking cash is going to be king.. Personally I'm taking the cash and liquidating rest of assets to buy cheap flyover country RE this next cycle and and also get very high interest rates being the first lienholder on tax certificates. Bubble market RE in my state has to fall a tremendous amount, hurricane activity get back to normal and today's new age speculators completely wiped out for me to be interested again.

Providing that there is any CASH left around to buy them. Please, remember you need food and shelter before you need Treasuries.

With a crashing stock market and housing market 4% yields will look damn good.
