Not a single fact I reported is wrong. 100% of the cases with no merit thrown out have been against Republicans.

Oh yeah, and earle the idiot had a film crew along to document it. LOL....

So I repeat again....
Kevin Rose proves with certainty he is a spewing idiot when he makes statements like this.

Kevin Rose spewing idiot BEGIN.
"That's what I mean. A lot of rightists are spewing the same lines - Earle's an idiot, the case is weak - and then stare blankly when you try to pin them down on details."
Kevin Rose spewing idiot END

That is because the details of Earle the idiots weak case are public and obvious.

Earle is under a worse upheld indictment for misconduct.
Earle needed, who know how many, grand juries to even get this indictment.
Earle a clearly public active partisan democrat has in the past a clear record of proving himself a complete ass by indicting an elected Senator and having the case thrown out.
And just this week, Earle is already shown totally half ass by indicting for a crime that was not a crime.
And all actions of this imagined crime of Mr. Delay were done while consulting with lawyers.

But no one expect idiots to see those obvious details. Especially spewing idiots like Kevin Rose.

The problem with the Earle is that his main indictment has been thrown out. He's left with the add-on, which he cannot prove.
