I agree those two will outperform if they hit a high impact prospect in Egypt or the Lagansky block. I own VPC as I first mentioned it on the board when they announced the Lagansky block acquistion but it is a very small stake for my portfolio as the probabilities of commercial success of the targeted structures are running between 6-18% apiece including all of the factors.

It appears at this moment that BFO and RGY looks like the surest thing going.
