The thought certainly crossed my mind. In fact, I've been thinking that for a little while now, given that gold is overbought on the daily chart. So, I would not be surprised to see some consolidation. I would also not be surprised to see gold run further. If it is true that bull markets run farther than anyone expects and that the surprises are to the upside, then we could still see another spike. Valutrader was making a pretty good case for an IT high on the NRS thread today. Considering the illiquid nature of most of my positions and the fact that they are still waiting to get the memo that the bull market is in progress, I will continue to incubate them. I peeled off half of my Alamos today and all of DROOY yesterday. Just in case...

Also, I've noticed a handful of new posters on the various PM threads and also...SPAMMERS! Those are anecdotal indications but I take note of them nevertheless.
