Ed,
thanks for mentioning SHY.V here.. I view it as a more "direct" play on Diaz Resources (DZR.TO) Texas NG deep gas plays. Didn't do the full metrics yet but it looks attractively priced.. maybe also under NAV (as DZR.TO is currently is)

I'd like to apologize that I didn't put up the time to look in-depth into it, since my own research focus at the moment is in another corner (Uraniums, odd "financial service" firms like EDV.TO and GROW etc..)

appreciate all your efforts to DD on this able company
CROSSY

Would you care to speculate on the terms of this PP...?

"Second, any questions about them being able to sell out their PP, the largest equity raise in their history, were answered with a resounding "yes" yesterday. There is no way the stock would be trading within a penny of its ATH unless the road show for the PP was going well and it was looking like it would sell out."

If funding is for Canadian opeations it would likely be a flow through, and if for US then a straight PP? SHY looks very good from my DD, but I am concerned on what the terms and conditions will be on the PP, are 1/2 or full warrants likely? How much cash is SHY looking to raise?

Thanks for your time in this matter.
