LB, I think there are a large number of fully invested PM people who just let it ride or make some switches as I do. But they don't have a reason to post much. When you sell to buy back cheaper you are saying the mkt valuation is wrong and your valuation is right. Could be. But then you have to be right again to re-enter. And accept the 2 commission and execution related costs. Overall the odds are very much against doing this repeatedly as proven by the very small percentage of success. Add the work and pressure ?? But thats what traders thrive on.
