Another trick of Rovian rightwingers is to accuse their opponents of doing whatever unethical things they themselves are doing or planning to do. Amazing to hear Hannity types accusing democrats of: - Politicizing the war - Engaging in partisan politics - Doing or saying anything to win - Taking money from Enron, etc. - Being in bed with special interests (Arnold's big one) - Engaging in character assassination Stoves calling the kettle black. Fortunately, from the polls, we can safely say the public is tired of their games and has begun seeing through them. I don't think Bush will ever go above the low 40's in approvals again, and that means Republicans and a few suckers only.
