Michael Brown and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have never created anything positive. Every relief effort and ever U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project is all about incompetence and corruption.

New Orleans of course is land of the pure and honest officials and contractors. It take the corrupt to screw up in New Orleans.

I don't think fed money should fund and museum. But your editorial implications are an insult to you.
