Frank-Hi. Remember our laws are passed by lawyers in congress are are mainly designed to benift the legal profession. Costs for lawyers doing business in the District of Columbia are probably the highest in the entire country.20%-40% is my guess.

Let the board know if you get a check within the next week or so, and I will do the same. I just moved, so with the address change card, I might get mine a few days later than most.
