Ed,
thanks for the backgrounder on Shareon (SHY.V)

Regarding Uraniums, I don't particularly fancy US centric Uranium explorers - since I don'T regard the US as mining friendly but instead as the land of the tort lawyers. On activities hostile to the do-gooders such as U-mining, I try to avoid such territory whenever I can.. Frankly for example, I prefer Africa, places such as Madagascar, where the government wants to SPEED UP the permitting process (evidenced from recent U-related press releases by PAF.V) or Canada, where there's a proven "discovery model" in the Athabasca to exploit (see DJE.V, PXP.V etc..)

Dear Ed,

Thanks to you, in looking around at Sharon Energy which seems to be a most compelling investment, i found R.W. Lamond. Further investigation finds Lamond to be the chairman of the board of Humboldt Capital Corp.

humboldtcapital.com

a holding company with investments in the junior oil and gas sector.

Do you or anyone know of this company and how do you evaluate the opportunity here as opposed to investing in Sharon or Diaz individually. MUCH TIA. Your friend, mark
