PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH is a man of character and conviction. If you have not figured that out after 5 years, it simply means you are afflicted with some severe mental defect or are a lying spinster for dems. If I read you correctly and you say the President has said the same thing for 2&1/2 years, what delusion now has you suggesting Next week or next month, we will hear something different. 2&1/2 years is not an unreasonable time to rebuild a military that can defend a country against the current terrorist tactics being used. If your profession is really as a lawyer, you life experience may well have had nothing to do with even small scale training and deployment of independent anything. Forget the mega scale of an entire countries military. Oh small scale is not explaining how to open a file cabinet. Small scale, teach a group of High schoolers who have never sailed before to work as a team to independently race and survive a week at sea.
