I agree with all three statements. "The first involved grotesque overreaching by the federal government, undertaken by self-described conservatives whose action refuted their description. The second involved indifference to competence. The third displayed the consequences of incompetence." But little if any of the above have any fault of PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH. 1. was congress and the Gov of Florida. 2. was against the President. 3. was local idiots in the Gulf States empowered by idiots in the MSM.
