Found this: Benton Wilcoxon. In consideration for Benton Wilcoxon pledging his personal shares in Composite Technology Corporation as a guaranty for the Security Agreement entered into by the Company with Cornell Capital Partners, the Company issued a warrant to Benton Wilcoxon to purchase 65,000 shares of common stock of the Company at an exercise price of $3.00 per share. The warrant expires on March 23, 2008 Could be it's only a personal thing, but if there were to be a default, it could make the connection a three way street. Best, S.
