What's more important in the levee case of New Orleans is that a judge decided that some construction that failed was OK. Corp of Army Engineers worked for whomever paid and told them what to do. They are not in charge. And any attempt to associate some error by some individual or group who happens to work for the federal Government as some way of laying blame is petty, stupid and dishonest in he extreme. How extreme, well it proves that. Every person killed by accident in the USA is the fault of the federal government. I do wonder at what logic supports that.
