The ideal that we lived by before the French helped us to see it was, "Send us you poor...". This is a country that has learned from the successes and failure of many other nations. Our FFs set off on a course, and ended up blazing a trail. Many millions, probably billions of soles have had a better life because of the experiment in a republic that was not tied to a single ruling family, but to egalitarian service by those who wanted to repay the nation for the success they had earned.
