Mish - Today Is Sunday Well not any more It's now Monday Chicago time. I realized that it was Sunday about an hour ago when I went to turn on Saturday night live and saw a football review instead. Actually I should have realized this AM when I picked up the Sunday paper. But.... You know what? I thought the Tribune was cutting expenses by delivering the Sunday paper on Saturday. What a concept I thought Deliver the Saturday paper with the Sunday paper and cut delivery costs by 1/7th. Now this might sound preposterous but it is almost impossible to get a saturday newspaper except by delivery. Go to any grocery store around here and there are no saturday papers. They all have Sunday papers all day saturday and all day sunday. Since I did not pick up the paper on saturday and had two papers on Sunday, I thought what a clever idea to reduce delivery costs. I also must not have picked up mail on saturday so to reinforce the idea that it was saturday I had lots of mail today (er yesterday, er I guess I mean Saturday). I would have realized my mistake much earlier if I had just done the post I meant to at noon: How the Tribune is saving on delivery costs. Perhaps we can get someone to do a public service announcement every day to let Mish know for sure what day it is. By the way, my watch is still set on daylight savings time. I have to remember to subtract an hour when looking at my watch. No Mish it's not 1:08 AM it is 12:08 Mish
