I've been called a lot worse, lol.

My best guess is WTIC and US Equities will swap roles: WTIC will stop trending and have a volatility dry-up as it goes into rangebound mode, while US Equities will shake off two years of lethargy and mount at least one (and hopefully two!) sizeable moves.

After rangebound, WTIC should start drifting down. Tons of crude in the ground, above $40/bbl it's only a matter of time before speculators start anticipating increased supplies.

I suppose it goes without saying that all bets are off if someone crackpot in a half-inflated Zodiak drives a few cases of plastique into the side of a supertanker....

All just IMO, etc.
