Read an interesting article today that the nation's biggest drug dealers are 87 year old grandparents that can't afford their cost of living. They are selling their pain killers for $10 a piece to pay for their groceries and bills. Officials are randomly searching these people to make sure they are not selling their prescription drugs. Hell, if I were 87 years old and couldn't pay my bills, jail would be a better place. Free food and medical treatment at the very least. Disturbing to think how capitalism and inflation are suffocating major parts of the population. Christians and Jews vote for capitalism and freedom, Muslims vote for jihad and intolerance to keep the capitalists away. No wonder why Islam prevents interest or riba.
