noooooo never do that. Buy some nicorette or something. The 4 milligram variety is a massive dose of nicotine that will take the edge off any addiction. Keep some handy when you really need it.

The trouble with cigarettes is that they put whole loads of chemicals in them to make you even more quickly addicted to them.

The rule is never ever smoke another cigarette. I gave up for three years once, had just one cigarette at a party, never touched anything for 6 months, yet was back on the habit ... 20 a day not much longer after that.

You got to be ruthless.
