just trying to disabuse TP of his notion that neocons are characterized by a small government stance. They offer a degree in PPE at Oxford. In one way or another they have been teaching this stuff since when they were still teaching that the earth is flat. The point is, PPE is not mathematics or science. You can't prove anything. You will find very smart people making a good case for any concept eg small government, big government, and even communist government. Chances are if you can get everyone to agree, any of those concepts can work. If you are an intellectual giant and you get some intellectual midget to execute your vision and you think it can work, you have been had. Anyhow, that is how I see Paul Wolfowitz.
