And what a PR fiasco for the feds.

As is usually the case, folks around here are being way too passive while they get screwed. It's time to man the barricades, figuratively if not literally.

I've brought up secession as tongue-in-cheek option, but it has a lot to commend it as a PR gambit.

I thought that "you fix what you break" was the American way. I guess this doesn't apply to the Corps of Engineers.
