I am observing why I think you see and feel what you see and feel. I give advice on what I think are the flaws in your presentations of arguments and justifications. It does not matter a wit if the COE is on or off any hook. That is an emotional construct and will not lay a single brick. If I could actually motivate solutions, I would be being paid lots of money. "You obviously have fixated on a small aspect of things which the media blew up out of proportion." There are consequences that flow from the perception of the public at large. The perception of the public is that New Orleans is a small problem in the scheme of America. You local and state politicians by their conduct are castrated of the normal political capitol of a natural disaster. That may be the biggest disaster to New Orleans. I have no doubt of your honesty and good American quotient. I attempt to offer observations and not of person character judgements. WOW,,,, good thing I caught that one. I almost left out the no in the sentence above.
