I am observing why I think you see and feel what you see and feel. I give advice on what I think are the flaws in your presentations of arguments and justifications.

It does not matter a wit if the COE is on or off any hook. That is an emotional construct and will not lay a single brick.

If I could actually motivate solutions, I would be being paid lots of money.

There are consequences that flow from the perception of the public at large. The perception of the public is that New Orleans is a small problem in the scheme of America.

You local and state politicians by their conduct are castrated of the normal political capitol of a natural disaster. That may be the biggest disaster to New Orleans.

I have no doubt of your honesty and good American quotient. I attempt to offer observations and not of person character judgements.

WOW,,,, good thing I caught that one. I almost left out the no in the sentence above.
