That there is. Finding some where it isn't prone to some sort of natural disaster is pretty tricky though.

That there is. But it isn't close to the present new Orleans. If you want the town to stay on the Mississippi, then it is going to be low, there isn't much escape from that.

There is plenty of habitable land in the USA. There is plenty in Southern Louisiana that is not below sea level. What's this 'precisely' non-sense? You live where you want, I'll live where I want. I promise not to ask you to build me a billion dollar loft to protect my bed from nature.


Where do you live? I bet at some point in its history where you lived benefited from the gov't's generosity.
