It is a simple question, jelly. Is it cost justified and in the best interests of the country to spend the money on the work? So, far all you have done is whine about people losing their private investments. Make your case for why it is good for the country and I will back you. Other wise, accept your losses and move to higher ground. A third of the country's exports go through NO. Twenty five percent of the country's oil is refined there. Is that good enough for you?
