Good post.

It's easy to admire Rovian politics from afar, but they're hell on wheels when they're ruthlessly applied to a city I love. I'm convinced that's what's happening--ignore NO, it's expensive to fix and the nation doesn't give a hoot anyway. Moreover, it's a potential political liability the Dems can exploit, so let 'em rot.

I really did not undergo a tragedy, home is fine, family is fine, business is OK so far, but a lot of folks have gone through sheer hell.

I feel the need to fight for what's right, and the way things are being handled is an abomination on any number of fronts. A good example is the fact that only 10% of half a billion dollars worth of FEMA trailers have been delivered 100 days after K. struck. If the taxpayers only knew!

Oh, well, enough for today. I think I got my points across.
