A friend is a Presbyterian pastor in Ohio One of the interesting things about this discussion to me is that you would call Presbyterians liberal and DMA would do the same for Lutherans. My knowledge of this subject is not experiential but rather what I've been able to glean over the years from the internet. I never saw either of those groups so classified. Just a matter or curiosity, nothing more...

I have cousins who attend the Riverside Church in NYC They're the same way: in fact, worse than Pat Robertson, but from the left They have no idea; it's like they're still mired in the 60's and nothing has changed for them
