I recall you saying that you were given 500k shares, but I was not aware that you actually bought any SEXI shares during the period in question. If you bought shares and suffered a loss, then you should be part of the shareholder class action, but the ICMX/SEXI merger shares are not part of the distribution plan.

Until I hear otherwise, I will anticipate the distribution plan to proceed along the lines that my attorney outlined, which I posted a few months ago.

Your position has been to expect only a few pennies/share, while my position has been to rely on my attorney's statement, which information he received from the distribution attorney, and it calls for a full return of monies to those shareholders who qualified for the distribution plan.

It is obvious that I hope for the best outcome, and it looks like 9 years of waiting for that answer comes down to a few more days.
