The C ended early 2004. We have had an impulse down and are
now in a lengthy 2.

I didn't read it that way. I was trying to find a bullish
count.

I better be careful here.

Going back and looking at NDX and SPX in the same time frames
makes me see other counts. Need to look at shorter time frames.
