Boy is that the most wacko post in a long and well earned history of wacko posts. You can BS me on CPU's but not on law. IF Intel were to have set up a reserve for the judgment there would be a reserve on the balance sheet and a deduction for the increase in the reserve from net profits.

This would have been based on the view of experts. I am a qualified "expert" in this area, and in my opinion Intel has currently reserved the correct amount for the AMD suit, zero.
