Is this the 'Harvard' Goodwin that was involved in a plagiarism flap a couple years back lifting passages for her book on the kennedys? No credibility for me.

It is that Goodwin, though the Harvard affiliation is now and then. The "plagiarism" charge is simply one of those right wing defamation campaigns. Read her stuff and make up your own mind. I like some of her stuff and am not so persuaded by others. Her LBJ book was fascinating but had to be read with her close access to him in mind. Her Eleanor and Franklin book is a treasure. This Lincoln book is a masterpiece.

What will you do if you get Guiliani as a candidate over McCain and mrs. clinton is running on the other side? Tough decision for New Yorkers, huh?

Not at all. I'm not a New Yorker but would love to be able to afford it. As for Guiliani, a lot of the country forgets that, prior to 9-11, he would not have been reelected mayor had he been able to run again. He was widely despised, for very good reasons, in large swaths of the city.

New York state and New York City will go for Hillary against either of those two. But that won't win her the presidency. She has to sweep the blue states and pick up some of the red/blue marginal states. All assuming she gets the nomination. Which is not a shoo in. Certainly not at the moment.
