Justice for all, equal under the law. No one above the law. And not just regarding murder and executions, but also all criminal activity including white collar crime, political corruption, bribery, money laundering, conspiracy, fraud, obstruction of justice, price fixing, false advertising and perjury.

White collar criminals in this country steal more than all common criminals combined. And a lot of these days is perped on K Street and in congress.

Tookie's supporters seem to have upset the victims' families by announcing 'The state of California has just killed an innocent man.'

Let's keep in mind that Terry Schiavo was innocent.

The state requires that the execution be witnessed. The state witnesses are on one side of the chamber, William's witnesses are on the other.

According to reports some in William's contingent shouted, "The state of California has just executed an innocent man" as they were leaving the witness area.

According to reports, Mrs. Owens (victim Albert Owens’ mother) broke down in tears after the incident. Mrs. Owens has publicly stated that she has respect for the position of the anti-death penalty advocates.

I've been very impressed with this woman, who to this day will not allow her state of residence to be public knowledge for fear of retaliation. (Threats have been made.)

Neither Owen's daughter nor any member of the Yang family will make any public statements for the same reason.

""you have no principles if you think skin color or political affiliation should dictate justice. I believe in capital punishment for all who are convicted of first degree murder with special circumstances, as the law states. There are no exceptions for color, creed or party.""

Unless you have money! Just ask O.J or Blake!

Good to see American society moving forward? NOT!
