I have made no judgement. You contradicted yourself when you defined 'murder' as an unlawful act and then called execution... 'murder' even though it is lawful. That is a logical analysis, not judgement. You have no rational basis for your position on capital punishment exept that you seem to prefer putting death off as long as possible no matter what. I said 'my guess' is that you are afraid of death. Lacking a logical basis, I chose to attribute an emotion to your position. This is not something you have denied, you simply chose to lash out at me, which is further evidence that I struck a cord with that comment. It is you who is casting judgements by labeling me to be an authoritarian. I am not by-the-way. Most people who know me personally would label me a definite anti-authoritarian. Your guess about me projecting a fear of death is simply wrong, btw.
