Apparently this is too complicated for you, or your brain is just too gappy to grasp it. "That crime was over years ago." Did you have a comment or do you just like to state the obvious? "There is no way to resolve it now." It was determined in court that 4 people were murdered by Tookie. That resolved all questions about whether or not a crime had been committed and by whom. What you also seem to be missing is the follow up to that matter about the crime and the criminal. That is, what course of action does society's justice system take with regards to the perpetrator of said crimes. That question has now been resolutely answered.
