LOL. You actually believe Cheney had nothing to do with the 10 billion in no-bid Halliburton contracts? Cheney was the White House's pointman for (poorly and dishonestly) organizing the war.

He was the leader of the task force inside the WH which sold and planned the war. His own company getting the biggest war contract in history without bidding was therefore entirely unethical and should be illegal. Plus. Halliburton is guilty of hundreds of millions in overcharges and have been rewarded instead of being punished. Halliburton should have been fired two years ago. And yes, Cheney personally benefits from these deals, millions worth, maybe tens of millions depending on his package once he gets out of office.

This is a huge impeachable offense. But so is outing a CIA agent during war-time for political reasons. So is helping to organioze a massive energy gouging campaign. So is deliberately lying to take a country to war. There are a lot of things Cheney is guilty of. and Bush-Rove are guilty of others, like massive election fraud.
