I think GOOGOO needs to know this much more than me.

The stupid fool WISHES it were broken. He hasn't thought out the consequences of that. I have the feeling he doesn't want to; he just wants his way.

While this looks good, l thought that the Army had lowered standards and raised bonuses to get enough recruits and the reserve and national guard were behind targets, also did anyone look at this years targets in comparison to last year/.
