When you force trading in organs it's a problem. OTOH, I believe you should have the right to do with your body as you see fit. And I realize that my position is a minority one

I agree you should be able to purchase organs or donate them.

China is operating an organ mill out of state prisons. State institutions are incentived to execute prisoners to increase revenues from sale of organs. The one prison I read about was allegedly a sham where the local authorities would arbitrarily arrest people, condemn them, summarily execute them by a shot to the back of the head on a slab, where the doctors would start cutting before the body was even dead. Gruesome. Americans have a hard time believing such things happen.

How about crucial organs, like the heart?

I believe you should have the right to do with your body as you see fit.
