Yeah, looks like Hector's trying to turn his into a Linux model - a free IP giveaway in exchange for fabs and free engineers to work on future higher-end chip stuff because he's tight on money. But he's dreaming if he thinks he will truly own the IP because ownership contracts are essentially void where IP theft is pervasive. I think he's smart enough to know this - which means he's probably betting on a business model where IP won't matter - what that is I don't know. Regards, Amy J
