I'm more interested in the contents...and the record established by the ones who pass muster.

I expect that it will be a good list from which to pick and choose. And the picking and choosing - like from a list of race horses who won their last race - could lead to a winner who will excel. But it will be no guarantee. But it will be a good place to start.
