Something doesn't compute, and I'm following just to learn the BS of this trade. "Pending" agreement, as defined by Webster's means "awaiting decision", in other words six weeks after the lottery, the "winners" are still dinking around. Then they say 52 are under contract, and 46 are pending, and that leaves 22 in a 136 units building. The way I was old school educated, 52+ 46=98, and 136- 98= 38, not 22. That's the way it was when I went into their office, with real questions last Sept too. I can only imagine how the guillible are dealt with.

The process resulted in 52 fully executed sales agreements and 46 pending agreements. This means that 22 units remain available in The Metropolitan. We are taking a more traditional approach as we sell the last of these luxury residences and innovative live/work units.
