What's PPE? That is the curriculum that you take at Oxford University if you want to become British Prime Minister. 25 British Prime Ministers graduated from Oxford. I think Bill Clinton also took that course even though he never completed the course to get a degree. Oxford is the oldest english language university in existence. It was founded in 1096 before they discovered that the earth was not flat. I think there are still advocates there for a flat earth (Flat Earth Society). PPE stands for Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. My whole point being that such subjects are not like science and mathematics. In science and mathematics everyone, no matter what race, religion, national origin, gender, however - they will all agree on a correct answer. In science (at least in the physical sciences) someone will propose a theory and people from around the world will try to test the validity of that theory in a series of experiments. Not so, in PPE. People in PPE will not test small, medium, large, communist, trickle down, neocon types government or philosophy in small test cases to see if it will work. Instead, they try it out on real people in spectacular fashion. Of course, the theoretician are never the ones that implement these spectacles - it is always some political jerk that runs these "experiments".
