This would not be a surprise, you are cutting a deal with number three and and number four, who together have what, 10% of the market? Man bites dog, now that's news. :)) Oh, and BTW the EU just bounced the GE Honeywell appeal. They reaffirmed their earlier 2001 decision to not allow what they considered to be a monopolistic merger. Which blocked GE from going forward with the deal. Two American companies at the mercy of a foreign power? Oh, and BTW did I mention that Gore LOST THE ELECTION because of his pro administrative bureaucratic big government Oracle/Sun political contribution backed attack on Microsoft? Do you think that is an example of pigeons coming home to roost? Let me be clear, I am not in favor of killing people who disagree with us, but Gore's single act ESTABLISHED HIS bureaucratic mindset fostered by political bribery.
