What are all these "mortgage loan repurchase requests"?>>>>>>

Uh I would say loans that closed missing required documentation by the investor, or loans that may have questionable supporting documentation. Or loans closed that just did not meet investor guidelines.

We had one where the fine print actually said the seller had to have held the house for 180 days prior to sale. Fell through the cracks we had to rebuy the loan. Anti flipping measure in fine print.

But when you look at the operational results of outfits like CFC, and NEW you still see these toxics being made. Maybe Dec. will be different, but it seems somebody has been stepping into the breach. Personally I think the outfits that say they are getting out are blowing smoke. How else to explain the very high purchase index?
