"you ever land a jet???? Shit I bet you can't even drive a car."

No I haven't. I have taken off and landed a light aircraft when I went through flight school. Light planes have a much higher accident rate than military jets. Landing is more dangerous than taking off, but it isn't all that dangerous unless an aircraft carrier is involved and even then the accident rate is pretty low. There are thousands of jets landing every day, how often do you read about a fatality on landing?

The most dangerous place to be around a jet is outside of them, especially in the military. Ground crews suffer orders of magnitude more injuries and death than pilots. Umm, "orders of magnitude" means powers of ten. 1, 10, 100, 1000, etc. are the first 4 powers of ten.

You'd be wrong about the car, but why break a streak?
