How often has Moore and Dowd took as "fact" the notion that Bush went AWOL in the Guard?

One key difference...Moore and Dowd work off of circumstantial (some would say strong circumnstantial) evidence. Rush makes outrageous s__t up on the fly.

He did go AWOL. There are records to prove it.
